Recollectr has four note statuses. Each status is show in a separate section of the Notelist.

Pinned

Always appear at the top of your notelist

Default

The default status of a newly created note

Archived

Always appear towards the end of your notelist

Trashed

Always appear at the very end of your notelist. Notes in the trash will automatically be destroyed after approximately seven days. Notes can be Restored to remove them from the trash at any time before they’re automatically Destroyed.

You can manually destroy a note that’s currently Trashed.

Note: Reminders will not fire for trashed notes.

Destroyed

Technically a fifth status, although not visible to users. Destroyed notes are removed completely, except for their unique identifier string.

When a note is marked as destroyed, the note is removed from the local device, the web, and all remote devices are instructed to remove the note.
