Payment Questions

What payment methods are accepted?

Currently all major credit cards are accepted via Stripe. Recollectr never receives, stores, or transmits your credit card information.

Cryptocurrency support will be coming in 2019.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails we will contact you via email and will retry payment. As a courtesy, your account status will remain as paid for a grace period of up to 60 days, depending on how long you have been a Premium customer.

If the issue is not resolved by the end of the grace period you may lose any special pricing status that you had had.

What happens if I modify my plan before the next billing date?

If you change your payment period between Monthly and Yearly, it will take effect on your next billing date.

If you cancel your premium account, your account will continue to have all premium features until what would have been your next billing date.

Do you offer a student discount?

At this time Recollectr does not have an official student discount plan, but if you’re a student interested in Premium get in touch on our Contact Page and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer a free trial?

At this time Recollectr does not offer a free trial, but if you are less than 100% satisfied during your first 30 days, just contact us and we’ll be happy to refund you in full.
